We have different levels of reports available [describe in detail as follows]:
1. BASIC REPORT
A written report in pdf format that shows one or more aerial views of the subject property roof system, outlining the different conditions of the roof system, such as missing shingles, creased shingles, hail damage, other wind related damages, opinion of the cause and damages due to hurricane and other wind activity causing the damages.
Cost - $300.00 dollars U.S.
2. EVERYTHING IN BASIC REPORT PLUS MORE DETAILES & MEASUREMENTS
An expanded report which includes additional details such as the actual measurements of the entire roof system that allows for the calculation and ordering of the materials required for entire replacement of the roof with similar roof type (shingle, tile, metal, etc.).
Additional Cost - $100.00 dollars U.S.
3. THERMAL IMAGING
can be added to any report. Provides both the normal images and one or more thermal images that show temperature differences used to locate leaks and other problems.
Additional Cost - $200.00 dollars U.S.
4. ENGINEER’S CERTIFICATION UNDER SEAL
also adding an expanded version of the report on the subject property, providing details with opinions Certified by Licensed Professional Engineers, experienced in documenting the causation of the damages, specifying the building codes applicable to the damages with the necessary data and opinions tat will allow the report purchaser to submit the report to an insurance company as “proof and certification of damages” AND PROVIDING THE REPORT UNDER ENGINEER’S SEAL as below:
